PAPERDUCK

 

Taking inspiration from paper, one of the most essential inventions of China, the restaurant takes pride in it's signature Roasted Peking Duck. As delicate as a piece of paper, after the time-intensive roasting process, each duck is carved and presented with a traditional cut and served alongside a selection of accompanies, such as freshly steamed pancakes, crunchy cucumber, scallions, fresh garlic sauce and house-made hoisin sauce. Each ingridient has been carefully chosen and prepared to best compliment our Peking Duck - eaten all together, they help to elevate this dish to a truly sumptuous level.
